RBLA is a New England-based Landscape Architecture firm wholly owned by Rebecca Bachand focusing on Assisted Living, Multifamily and Affordable Housing.

Registered to practice landscape architecture in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, we work throughout the New England region, bringing a broad design background and experience with all phases of development to your Design Team. We’ve completed extensive public permitting efforts -- Planning Board, Conservation Commission, MEPA Filings, Chapter 40B Housing processes, etc -- and are LEED Accredited.

To better service our clients, particularly those in the affordable multifamily housing sector, we are a Massachusetts certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).

We incorporate facets of Therapeutic Landscape Design and Universal/Inclusive Design into fully accessible outdoor spaces for use by all generations and abilities.

We provide feasibility studies, site planning, design, and construction administration services for commercial property owners and managers, private schools, and municipalities.
