RBLA provided landscape design and detailing services to Davis Square Architects and Bethany Community Services for the expansion of the 148-unit Merrivista Senior and Assisted Living residential building. Completed in 2024, the new, 48-unit Merrimack Corner senior living building is connected to the existing building with a sky bridge, allowing shared access to dining and services, and the feeling of a cohesive community. The construction allowed for a refresh of existing landscaping and site amenities, including resident and staff gathering spaces and garden areas.
