We’re working with one of our favorite local breweries to expand their outdoor seating area, creating clusters of moveable tables and chairs that are accessible by staff, bar carts, etc, and allow views of the nearby Blue Hills.

WEST NEWTON ARMORY

RBLA Design LLC is working with Davis Square Architects, Metrowest, and CIVICO to redevelop this former military complex - complete with historic “castle” head house - into an affordable housing community, public gathering space, and offices.

COTE VILLAGE MATTAPAN

A long vacant commercial site is transforming into much needed affordable and workforce housing.

Located along the Fairmount Commuter Rail Line, residents have immediate access to the Blue Hill Avenue Station, and we're working with City Agencies to pursue Blue Bikes and a playground at the site.

With construction starting in November 2019, we definitely hit some pandemic-related hurdles, but near the finish line.

The site's been temporarily sodded to allow residents to move in as soon as the buildings get City signoff, and finish landscaping is planned for 2022.

MORTON STATION VILLAGE AND THE STEVEN P. ODOM SERENITY GARDEN

RBLA Design LLC has been working with the City of Boston Parks Department, Planning office for Urban Affairs, Inc., Boston's Department of Neighborhood Development, the Odom Family, and Redefining Our Community members to develop a large vacant parcel in Mattapan. Once the location of the neighborhood's police station, this long vacant lot will soon feature affordable rental and home ownership opportunities, a community center, and the Steven P. Odom Serenity Garden.
